About David O'Connor

DAVID M. O'CONNOR is a 1980 graduate of Georgetown University and a 1984 cum laude graduate of Boston College Law School, where he was Articles Editor of the Boston College Environmental Affairs Law Review. Mr. O'Connor founded the firm in 1990 after practicing with several Boston firms. He is recognized in Martindale-Hubbell's Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers and has been selected as a Massachusetts Super Lawyer by Boston Magazine for three consecutive years.

Mr. O'Connor has served as a spokesman for industry publications and trade organizations on various issues, including insurance coverage, contractual risk transfer, electronic discovery, insurance fraud, workers' compensation and employment issues. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the American Bar Association (Tort & Insurance Section), the Massachusetts Bar Association (Litigation Section), and the Boston Bar Association (Insurance Law Committee).
